FREE Support Groups for Anxiety and Depression.

Support for those with a lived experience with anxiety and/or depression. Serving Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Clearview and The Blue Mountains regions.

Drop in weekly, or as often as your schedule allows, for 90 minutes of sharing and support. There is great comfort in being with others who understand what the experience of anxiety and depression is like. Our trained facilitators will help guide the conversation in supportive directions with some helpful insights along the way.

The way we think affects how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. This all has an impact on the way we feel and act.

The principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – used in our groups – teach us that many emotional and behavioural reactions are learned. This means that they can be “unlearned” or changed.
